World Health Day 2021

OT Works! supports World Health Day and efforts to build a fairer, healthier world.  On April 7, 2021, we recognize and remain committed to overcoming inequities that exist in health care.

In our practice and beyond, we strive to work together and act beyond borders.  We also support the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapy (CAOT) which advocates for improved access to occupational therapy services for Canadians.

World Health Day: Take a minute to say thank you to nurses and midwives

World Health Day: Thank You Nurses and Midwives

April 7, 2020 is World Health Day.  OT Works! is proud to celebrate the work of nurses and midwives in British Columbia and around the world.

Nurses and midwives are at the forefront of the COVID-19 response. They provide high quality, respectful treatment and care.  We are grateful for their effort in keeping the world healthy and will continue to support their work in our own roles as allied healthcare providers.
