    Cancellation / No Show Policy

    24 hours notice of cancellation is required otherwise you are responsible to pay the full fee of your appointment before further treatment will be provided. This fee applies for all clients. ICBC & Extended Health Companies will not provide coverage for missed appointments.

    Medical Records

    Requests for medical records must be made in writing with a signed client consent form.

    A charge will be applied for the preparation and duplication of medical records. Fees charged are aligned with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia Private Practice Guidelines (2017).
