Myriam is an Occupational Therapist, originally from Montreal, QC, with a client-centred and holistic approach to rehabilitation. Her community-based experience has allowed her to support individuals with a wide range of physical, cognitive, and psychosocial challenges while promoting meaningful participation in daily activities.
She is passionate about helping clients return to the activities that bring purpose to their lives. With a personal interest in adventure in the outdoors, she recognizes the important role that leisure play in health, well-being, and recovery. Myriam has helped clients with Chronic pain, Spinal cord injuries, and complex or mixed diagnoses. She has supported clients with wound care treatment, optimized wheelchair mobility and promoted safety and independence through adaptive equipment recommendations and home adaptations. Fluent in English and French, Myriam is committed to ongoing professional development.
