Pamela Russell, BSc, BSc(OT), MSc
Pamela sees each client and their situation as unique and feels it is a privilege to be part of their recovery journey. Her ability to relate to people of all walks of life, combined with her understanding of the body-mind connection, has led to meaningful changes in her clients’ lives. Pamela’s practice has focused primarily on mental health, concussion, and chronic pain. She has been accepted by the Supreme Court of British Columbia as an expert in the areas of Occupational Therapy and the Assessment of Cost-of-Future Care.
Pamela was drawn to OT as profession because of its unique approach combining the body and mind. The best thing she got from parents is the value of “Stick-to it ness”. This may be why one of her biggest joys in life is hiking to top of mountains just to enjoy the view. It may also be a reason why she’s read her favorite books over and over again—some more than 5 times!
