Melissa Ferguson, M.OT, B.A. (Hons)

Melissa is committed to collaborating with clients in achieving their optimal potential. She draws from ten years of experience facilitating adaptive recreation and education as well as supported employment for people working with mental illness and cognitive challenges. Her experience travelling and practicing occupational therapy in India has added to her appreciation of the many forms of health and wellness. She brings the same commitment to building rapport and creating meaningful rehabilitation outcomes with diverse clients based in Metro Vancouver. Her current areas of professional focus are chronic pain, mental health (anxiety and depression) and concussion/traumatic brain injury.

When she is not practicing occupational therapy, Melissa can be found exploring trails on the North Shore, starting a new crafting project or engrossed in her latest book. She has a soft spot for cheesy puns.
